2. Complete the Application for Admissions form

3. Complete the FASFA Form
   Click Here to Complete FAFSA
   
   
4. Complete scholarship application form. Complete application on line or view and print the scholarship application and return to Ron Hillman.
   
   
   
5. Required testing: Testing is provided at the Academic Skills Center. Call 903-434-8244 to make an appointment. Allow 2.5 hours for testing.
   
   
6. Shelby scholarship awards will be determined by a committee consisting of program director and instructors.
   
   
7. Selected students will be notified by email and/or letter. Enrollment procedure will be included in notification.
